Mango Pudding

Gelatine tablets are soaked in ice water to soften

Peel the mango to take the pulp, cut into pieces and put into the blender

Beat into mango puree and set aside

Pour milk and sugar into a small milk pot, heat on low heat until the sugar melts

Add whipped cream and mix well

Add the soaked gelatine slices and continue to heat on low heat

After the gelatin tablets are completely dissolved, turn off the heat and continue to stir to cool down

Pour the cooled 1/3 of the milk into the mango puree and mix it evenly with a rubber spatula

Pour the well-stirred mango puree into the remaining milk liquid and stir evenly

Divide into small cups, cover with plastic wrap, and put in the refrigerator for about 3 hours.

Diced mango, chilled and solidified mango pudding, garnish with a few diced mangoes and a slice of mint, you can enjoy it
