Mango Pudding Marshmallow

Prepare materials

Pour pudding powder into the bowl

Pour boiling water into a bowl, stir well, then turn to a small pot to boil slightly

Pour it into a sealed glass box and put it in the refrigerator for more than 3 hours until it solidifies.

Put fish gelatin powder and sugar in the milk pan

Pour the milk and mix well

Heat to a boil on low heat

Pour it into a glass bowl

Beat with an electric whisk until the volume becomes larger and thicker, and the dripping milk will not disappear. I used the whisk at level 2 and it took about 4 minutes.

Take out the solidified pudding

Tips:
The pudding layer must be solidified before you can pour the milk liquid
