Mango Sago
1.
Prepare a small pot and bring water to a boil.
2.
Put the sago, be sure to boil the water before adding the sago.
3.
Cook for about 20 minutes. Stir with a spatula from time to time during the cooking process. When the sago has a small white core, turn off the heat and simmer for a while, and the sago will become transparent.
4.
Put the cooked sago in cold water several times, so that the sago will become more elastic.
5.
Prepare 1 large mango, peeled
6.
Cut the mango into small pieces.
7.
Prepare milk.
8.
Pour an appropriate amount of milk into the cup, add sago, mango, and honey and mix well.
9.
You can put it in the refrigerator for a while, but the child is in a hurry to eat, so I quickly took pictures and started eating.
Tips:
1. The sago must be boiled in the pot, if cold water is poured into the pot, it will turn into a pile of paste.
2. The cooking time of the sago depends on the size of the sago. Check it from time to time until there is a small white core in the middle, turn off the heat and simmer for a while.
3. You can also put in other favorite fruits. I often make canned yellow peach sago, yago sago, etc. You can also replace the milk with yogurt, jelly, etc. Anyway, whatever you like.
