Mango Sago with Coconut Milk
1.
Raw material diagram. Each raw material is reserved.
2.
After the water in the pot boils, add the sago and cook for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
3.
While simmering, take the mango pellets.
4.
The braised sago still has a white core at this time.
5.
Drain the sago in cold water.
6.
Boil water in the pot again, pour sago and cook until there is no white core. Use a spoon to stir in the middle, otherwise it will stick to the pan. (I thought it was too much gas after cooking, so I turned off the heat and simmered for a while when there was basically no white core)
7.
The cooked sago has no white core, and the whole body is transparent.
8.
Run cold water again and rinse with cold boiled water again to drain the water.
9.
Take part of the sago and put it in a bowl.
10.
Pour in an appropriate amount of coconut milk and put the mango on it. It is better to refrigerate.
