Mango Sago

Put the small sago in a pot and cook for 10 minutes on high heat. Turn to low heat for 20 minutes. Cook until there is a little white core in the middle of the small sago. Turn off the heat for about 10 minutes. The small sago is transparent.

Divide the mango into two, 1/3 and 2/3 each in a bowl, diced and set aside.

Pour 2/3 of the mango into the juicer, then pour in an appropriate amount of coconut milk, mix and puree the result, the ratio is according to your preference, if the mango flavor is stronger, add less coconut milk.

Mix coconut milk, mango puree, and small sago into a bowl, and sprinkle mango diced on the surface.

It tastes better when iced.
