Mango Coconut Milk Sago
1.
Prepare the required materials
2.
Boil a pot of water, as the small sago will expand after being cooked, so you need more water. When the water in the pot is boiled, pour the sago and cook for 20 minutes. During this time, stir with a spoon from time to time to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the pot. The sago will become transparent on the outer ring and white in the inside. Remove the sago with a colander, pour out the thick liquid in the pot, and rinse the sago with cold boiling water
3.
After rinsing a few times, bring the water to a boil and cook for another 10 minutes, then cover the pot and continue to simmer until the sago is completely transparent.
4.
Pour the cooked sago into a bowl, then pour in the right amount of coconut milk
5.
Cut the mango into cubes
6.
Then use a spoon to put the mangoes in the bowl of coconut milk sago
7.
Pour two scoops of honey or condensed milk, put it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours before eating!
