Mango Sago

Put the small sago in a pot and cook for 10 minutes on high heat, then turn to low heat for 20 minutes.

Cook until there is a small white core in the middle of the small sago, turn off the heat for about 10 minutes, the small sago is transparent, remove the water and let it cool.

Half of the mango is diced and half is pureed.

Use Dongling DL-PL025 to mash the mango into mango puree (you can mix coconut milk into the mango and puree together).

Mix coconut milk, mango puree, and small sago into a bowl, and sprinkle mango diced on the surface.

It tastes better when iced.
