Mango Sticky Rice with Coconut Milk
1.
Wash glutinous rice and set aside
2.
Pour coconut milk into a bowl, add appropriate amount of sugar, add appropriate amount of warm water and stir evenly, put the glutinous rice in soak for two hours and then cook it in a rice cooker. Note that the coconut milk water should not be too much, just double it. Otherwise, the cooked glutinous rice is too rotten and has no taste
3.
After the cooked glutinous rice is cooled, put it on the plate and cut the mango to decorate.
Tips:
Pay attention to the date and ingredients when buying coconut milk. Don’t buy if there are preservatives. The two cans bought by my mother-in-law before have preservatives, and the taste is unpleasant and unpalatable. Resolutely, I went to Wal-Mart downstairs and bought one.
