Mango Yogurt Mousse

Remove the filling of the Oreo biscuits and crush them with a rolling pin.

The mango is peeled and pitted and stirred into a puree with a food processor. The mango puree is about 150 grams.

The butter is insulated and hydrated.

Pour the melted butter into the biscuits and stir evenly.

Wrap the mousse ring with tin foil, put the biscuits into the mousse ring and compact it.

Take 3 gelatine tablets and soak them in ice water to soften them.

Take half of it and add a small amount of cold boiled water to heat and hydrate it.

Pour the melted gelatine into the yogurt and stir evenly.

Sift the yogurt gelatin mixture.

Pour the yogurt mixture into the mousse ring and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour, it may take longer in summer.

The remaining gelatine is heated and hydrated with a little mango juice.

Pour the melted juice gelatin mixture into the mango puree and stir evenly.

Then pour the mango gelatin mixture onto the frozen yogurt layer.

Then put it in the refrigerator for a second time to set the shape.

Finally, soak half a slice of gelatin to soften, add two spoons of mango juice to dissolve, pour it on the frozen mango layer to make a mirror, and then put it in the refrigerator for the third time to shape.

Finally, take it out and decorate it with chocolate bars, strawberries, kiwi fruit, and silver beads.
