Mango Yogurt Toast

One small mango, diced, add yogurt and mix well.

Cut off the corners of the toast.

Put the mango yogurt in the middle and get some egg wash on the edges.

The fork is pressed tightly.

Roll in the egg liquid.

Turn it over and wrap it a bit more.

Brush the nonstick pan with some oil and fry on low heat.
