Mao's Braised Pork

Cut the pork belly into pieces in boiling water, wash and set aside.

Garlic, ginger, cinnamon, dried chili, put in a frying pan and sauté.

Stir-fry the pork belly to get the oil.

Add appropriate amount of water, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, rock sugar, and bring to a boil.

Cover, change to low heat and simmer for about half an hour.

When the meat is crispy, change the heat to the sauce and add a little chicken essence.
7.
For serving, you can add some chopped green onion to garnish.
Tips:
White sugar can replace rock sugar, and red pepper can be added or subtracted according to personal taste! Simmering time can be shortened at home according to personal preference.
