Maple Pumpkin Soup

Prepare all the ingredients.

Cut the pumpkin into small pieces.
3.
Put it in a pot and steam it.

Put the steamed pumpkin and a part of the water in a blender to make a pumpkin paste.

The glutinous rice flour is dissolved with the remaining water.

Pour the pumpkin paste into the pot, add the glutinous rice water, and stir while boiling over medium-low heat. About 10 minutes.

Add maple syrup.

Stir evenly and remove from heat.
Tips:
1. Maple syrup can be replaced with honey or sugar, and the amount is according to your preference.
2. In step 6, be sure to stir while boiling to prevent sticking to the pan. It takes a little longer to boil, because the time is short, it will taste of cornstarch. You can taste it when it is boiled, and it does not have the flavor of cornstarch.
3. The cooked pumpkin soup is like baby rice noodles. The mouth is very soft and lightly sweet.
