Mapo Herring

Main ingredients: herring, mapo tofu seasoning.

Pack the fish in advance, wash and set aside. Cut the green onion, ginger and garlic.

Add the Mapo tofu seasoning with water and stir to make a juice.

Heat oil, fry the chives, ginger and garlic.

Put in the washed herring.

Cook the cooking wine and vinegar successively.

Tips:
1. The saltiness of the seasoning is not enough, so you need to add some salt to supplement the seasoning.
2. Because the seasoning is darker in color, soy sauce should not be added.
