A classic Sichuan dish, super meal.
You would never think that it was made from a Supor fryer. Yes, it is indeed made from a fryer. The shape is intact and the taste is excellent.

Mapo Tofu

1. Ingredients

2. One packet of Mapo Tofu Seasoning, add appropriate amount of water and mix well

3. Mince meat

4. Tofu cut into small pieces

5. Handle the spices and chop them all into small pieces

6. Turn the fryer and put on the stirring shaft, add a spoonful of peanut oil

7. Put in the spices

8. Add the minced meat, close the lid, set the time for 3 minutes

9. After 3 minutes, the minced meat was all fried, and the aroma was released. If some were not dispersed, use chopsticks to stir up

10. Add tofu cubes

11. Add the mixed seasoning

12. Add an appropriate amount of water, not too much, if too much, it will leak from the middle agitating shaft, if not enough, you can heat the water halfway

13. Close the lid again, set the time for 30 minutes, and turn on the fryer

14. The program is over, the delicious mapo tofu is ready

15. Sprinkle some chopped chives or green garlic, remember to prepare more rice

Tips:

1. The Supor Fryer has its own stirring shaft, and the speed is very slow, so it will not damage the shape of the tofu and achieve the purpose of stir-frying, which is great.
2. This time I was lazy and used Mapo tofu seasoning. If not, I can make it by myself with sesame pepper, Chinese pepper, chili and red-oiled bean paste.
