Mapo Tofu

Cut tofu into small pieces about 1.5 cm

Put an appropriate amount of salt in the clean water, soak the tofu in cubes for 20 minutes; remove and drain the water for later use

Chop beef into minced beef, chop garlic into minced garlic, chop green onion into chopped green onion, add cornstarch, add appropriate amount of water, and mix into water starch

Heat oil in a pan, heat to 60% heat, add minced beef and fry; add bean paste and minced garlic and stir-fry evenly

Add a little tempeh and soy sauce and continue to stir-fry evenly; pour in an appropriate amount of broth, season with salt, and bring to a boil

Pour in the tofu cubes and stir-fry a few times with a spatula to evenly coat the tofu with the sauce

Cover the pot and simmer for three minutes, pour in the water starch, and cook for another minute. When cooking, keep turning the pot

Sprinkle with pepper noodles and chopped green onion while it's hot
