I have been thinking about the sweet and spicy taste of the Mapo tofu from my high school classmates. It's really cool!

Ingredients

Mapo Tofu

1. Shell the ginkgo, dice the ginger and garlic.




2. The meat is chopped into minced meat.

3. Cut the tofu into small cubes 1 cm wide. Add water to the pot. After the water is boiled, put the tofu in boiling water and blanch it.

4. Wash the wok, put the oil, and when the oil is hot, add the pesto, bean drum, ginger and pepper to fry until fragrant.

5. Add the minced pork and stir fry.

6. Add blanched tofu, chili oil, ginkgo, cinnamon, star anise, 200ML water and a teaspoon of salt.

7. Collect the juice over a low heat.
