Mapo Tofu

Ingredients: tofu, minced meat, mapo tofu seasoning.

Tear the tofu package upside down and buckle it on the plate, cut it open with a knife, and set aside.

Add the right amount of cooking wine to the minced meat.

Mix well and set aside.

Unpack the mapo tofu seasoning and put it in a bowl.

Add water.

Mix thoroughly and set aside.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the minced meat and stir fry.

Next, stir in the tofu.

Then, pour in the prepared Mapo tofu seasoning, stir and boil for 2 minutes. Serve.
