Mapo Tofu

Cut the tofu into small cubes

Boil the tofu in lightly salted water

When it boils, remove the tofu and set aside

Heat the oil in the pan. When the oil is half cooked, put the bean paste in the pan and stir fry

Add minced garlic and minced ginger when sautéing into red oil
6.
After stir-frying, add appropriate amount of water, and at the same time add appropriate amount of sugar and chicken essence
7.
Add tofu after boiling
8.
Boil for about 5 minutes, add water and starch to thicken
9.
Add chopped green onion when the soup is thick
Tips:
Start cooking tofu to prevent it from breaking up
