Tips:
1. Tofu is divided into southern tofu and northern tofu. Southern tofu is made with lactones, while northern tofu is made with brine. The taste is slightly different. For this dish, it is better to use brine tofu.
2. This dish is super simple with the spicy sauce that is made of one juice. It doesn't even need to put salt. It is very suitable for kitchen novices who have never cooked.
