Mapo Tofu

Wash the tofu and cut into small cubes

The mapo ingredients are almost fried, put in tofu and simmer for a while, add garlic sprouts, and add some chicken essence after being out of the pot.
Tips:
1. Remember to stir-fry Mapo ingredients: the heat should not be too high. After putting the tofu, add some warm water to stew the tofu.
2. The garlic sprouts should not be cooked too late, otherwise the tofu will be boiled.
3. Sprinkle less pepper powder on the tofu after it is out of the pot.
4. Remember: You don't need to put salt, the Mapo seasoning itself is very salty.
5. If the Mapo seasoning is not available, you can also stir-fry with bean paste!
