Mapo Tofu

Prepare a piece of tofu, Laoganma hot sauce, ginger, garlic, and green onions.

Blanch the tofu and remove it.
3.
Dice the green onion, ginger, and garlic and saute, add Laoganma hot sauce.
4.
Add water to a boil and add tofu.
5.
Pepper noodles.
6.
Add water starch.
7.
Add the chicken essence and chopped green onion to the pot after the water starch is thick.
