Mapo Tofu

Ingredients.

The tofu is cut into small pieces and boiled in water to remove the beany taste.

Add garlic, minced meat and tofu until the oil is in the pot.
4.
Add salt, mapo tofu seasoning and water.
5.
Bring to a high heat and turn to low heat until the tofu is delicious, then pour in water starch.
6.
Thicken.
7.
The finished product is loaded onto the plate.
Tips:
Choose soft tofu or internal fat tofu.
