This dish is made directly using the seasoning bag of Mapo Tofu (a product that won an award a long time ago, and it was published today when I saw the photo). Because it is a ready-made material package, it is particularly simple and practical. Please take a look if you like:

Mapo Tofu

1. Seasoning 1 pack

2. Add 100 water to the seasoning and stir well

3. Dice tofu, blanch in advance and set aside

4. Add oil to the pan and stir-fry the minced meat

5. Add the sauce and bring it to a boil

6. Add tofu

7. Cook for a while and it's delicious

Tips:

After being out of the pot, you can sprinkle some decorations on it.
