Mara cake is a traditional Cantonese teahouse dessert. It is a snack that I especially like to eat. Sometimes it is used for breakfast, sometimes it is also used as a snack. It is sweet and soft, very delicious, and you will never tire of eating it! The key method is still very simple! This time I also added sweet and sour dried cranberries. The taste is amazing!
Recently, I have newly entered the Zhenmi Net Red Steam Cooking Machine, which is really better than ordinary steaming pots. 1. Prepare the ingredients you need.

2. Stir the butter in insulated water until it melts.

3. Add granulated sugar or powdered sugar to the eggs, and stir evenly with a manual whisk.

5. Sift in the mixed low-gluten flour, whole milk powder and baking powder, draw a "well" and mix until smooth.

7. Pour into a bowl covered with greased paper, let stand for 20 minutes and sprinkle with dried cranberries.

8. Add an appropriate amount of pure water to the water tank of the Zhenmi steam cooking machine, not lower than the minimum or higher than the maximum water level.

9. Set the steaming time to 32 minutes.

10. Preheat for 2 minutes, put in the mala cake batter and steam for 30 minutes until cooked.

Tips:

1. After the water boils, put it in a pot and steam for 30 minutes.
2. You can change to raisins, honey red beans or black sesame seeds according to your preference.
