Marangtou with Cold Dressing
1.
Remove all the old roots and yellow leaves of the Malan head, and wash the Malan head to ensure that the made Malan head tastes fragrant and tender.
2.
Squeeze all the water in the malantou; chop the malantou and the dried fragrant.
3.
Put the ingredients together, add salt, sugar, and sesame oil, and stir well.
Tips:
Be careful not to add too much seasoning, otherwise it will be salty; if you have pine nuts in your home, you can add it.
