Marangtou with Cold Dressing
1.
Malan picks out the old ones and cleans them. Bring the water in the pot to a boil, add some cooking oil, add some salt, and put the Malan head down to blanch the water.
2.
Blanch the water and let cool on the plate, squeeze the water, and chop into fine pieces.
3.
Add sesame oil and mix, then add some salt, add some sugar and mix well. Spread a layer of chopped green onions, heat oil in a pot, pour on the chopped green onions, mix, and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
Tips:
The reason for adding salt and cooking oil when blanching the water is to make the Malan head look green and not easy to turn yellow.
