Marbling Cookies

Weigh all the ingredients according to the amount, because there is no cocoa at home, use a pack of black coffee instead, it is still black, the color is lighter, but it is very fragrant

After the butter is softened, add the sugar and beat the butter

Beat until fluffy and lighten in color, add milk and continue to beat

Sift in low-gluten flour. Stir evenly with a rubber spatula to form a soft batter. Divide the mixed batter into two equal parts. Sift the coffee powder into one portion of the batter and stir evenly with a rubber spatula

Stack the two doughs together, and knead it several times with your hands to mix the dough with each other

It becomes a natural marble pattern, and it is rounded by hand to form a large cylindrical dough. Wrap the dough with oil paper or plastic wrap, put it in the freezer compartment of the refrigerator, and freeze for about half an hour until the dough becomes firm

Take out the hardened dough, cut it with a knife, arrange it on a plate, and bake for about 15 minutes
