Margarita
1.
All materials ready to be made
2.
The egg yolk is pressed into powder with a spoon with a flour sieve by hand
3.
Mix low-gluten flour, cornstarch, and egg yolk powder, and knead it with your hands to mix evenly
4.
After the butter has softened at room temperature, use an electric whisk to disperse it at a low speed
5.
Add powdered sugar, beat with an electric whisk at low speed until mixed
6.
Beat until the butter doubles in volume and the color turns lighter to white, and then put all the powder into the beaten butter
7.
Grasp and pinch with your hands to mix the powder and oil, and form a biscuit dough after being completely fused
8.
Knead the dough into strips, then use a scraper to cut into small pieces of the same size (mine is on a scale)
9.
Then use your hands to knead the dough into a uniform ball
10.
Put the ball on the baking tray, flatten it in the middle with your thumb, and crack the edges
11.
Preheat the oven, turn on the upper and lower fire function, heat up to 120 degrees, lower the heat to 110 degrees, and bake the upper layer for 25 minutes.
12.
The margarita biscuits are complete, and the children can eat them as snacks.
Tips:
The eggs are cooked until they are fully cooked, so that the yolks are dry and easy to mash.
