After the butter is softened, add powdered sugar and salt, and beat with a whisk until the color becomes lighter and the volume is slightly enlarged.

Boil the eggs, sieve the egg yolks with a sieve, pour into the butter, and mix well

Add all the flours that have been sifted and knead into a dough

Wrap the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest in the refrigerator for an hour

After the dough is relaxed, take a small piece in turn and knead it into a small dough ball, and place it on the baking tray (the baking tray should be lined with grease paper)

Flatten each dough ball with your thumb and put it in the oven to bake
