The butter softens.

Beat smoothly with a whisk.

Add two egg yolks and 100 grams of cornstarch.

Add 100 grams of low flour.
5.
Put the dough into the refrigerator and chill for one hour.
6.
Knead into small balls and flatten them on a baking tray. Bake at 180° for 20 minutes.
