Prepare all ingredients and weigh them for later use. Two eggs are cooked and only the yolk is needed.

Melt butter, add sugar and salt

Stir evenly and set aside to let it fuse

Sift two egg yolks into the basin.

Butter, sugar, and salt, use a whisk until it turns white, and just lift the whisk to show signs of dripping.

Pour into the egg yolk

Sift in cornstarch and cake flour and mix well

Knead into dough, put it in a fresh-keeping bag, and refrigerate for 1 hour

Divide into uniformly sized doses, 10 grams each

Then press with your thumb to form.

Bake it in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
