Margarita Cookies in Three Flavors

Prepare the materials used

Slice the butter, soften it enough, and press it lightly with your fingers to make a dent

Add powdered sugar to the softened butter

Beat with a whisk until the volume expands and the color becomes slightly lighter

Sift the cooked egg yolks into the whipped butter with a flour sieve

Sift in the white shark cake flour and white shark corn starch

Knead the dough with your hands

Divide the kneaded dough into 3 portions, add cocoa powder to one portion, and matcha powder to one portion

All three colors of dough are kneaded

Weigh each of the three colors of dough about 10 grams, knead them into small balls and place them on the baking tray.

Use your thumb to gently squeeze them one by one, and then beautiful cracks will appear naturally.

Put it into the middle layer of the preheated oven, heat up and down at 170 degrees for about 20 minutes, and let it cool before being sealed and stored.
