Marinated Chicken Gizzards

Raw chicken gizzards are selected to remove the fat and clean.

The washed chicken gizzards are sprinkled with salt, and rubbed with hands to remove the grease.

The chicken gizzards rubbed with salt are rinsed with clean water.

Pour the chicken gizzards into a boiling pot, pour in water, add star anise, ginger, and cinnamon.

Pour in the dark soy sauce, the amount can be about 1 tablespoon, increase or decrease according to your preference.

Add an appropriate amount of refined salt.

Put the cooking pot on the stove and boil on high heat.
