Marinated Peanuts

Wash the peanuts from the mud on the epidermis, soak them in clean water for about 20 minutes, and drain them again

Add some cinnamon and star anise to peanuts and cook in a pot

Because it needs bad bittern, it should not be too soft. It is about 20 minutes. You can taste it for details. Although it is cooked, it is better to be slightly crispy. Remove the cooked peanuts and let cool

Dilute the fragrant lees with cold boiled water or rice wine, and add a little sugar to taste. Put the peanuts in and soak for about 2 hours.
