Marinated Peanuts

The amount of peanut seeds.

Pour the washed peanuts into a casserole, and start cooking with proper amount of water.

Prickly ash, pepper, star anise and ginger slices each amount.

A moderate amount of chili.
5.
Add sliced pepper, pepper, star anise and ginger.

4 spoons of salt.
7.
Add the peppers and cook for 30 minutes.

Cook the peanuts and prepare the appropriate amount of celery and carrots.

Cut the celery into a finger-wide section, and dice the carrots for later use.

Cook until the peanuts are cooked and the taste is still a bit crispy. Turn off the heat. (I like the cooked and glutinous ones and cook for a while, personally like the slightly crisper ones)
11.
Add celery segments and diced carrots.
12.
Mix well with pickled celery and carrots to taste and serve.
13.
Finished product.
