Marinated Pork Belly Chicken in Steam Pot

First, we have to prepare a Jianshui purple pottery steam pot, marinated pork belly, half a chicken, green onions, ginger, and a little salt.

Soak the chicken and marinated pork belly in water separately. The former can remove blood in the chicken, and the latter can remove the salty taste of part of the marinated pork belly. After that, you can put the chicken, marinated pork belly, and other ingredients into the steam pot for cooking.

We first add about three-quarters of the bottom pot with water, and then put the steam pot on the bottom pot. Bring the bottom pot of water to a boil on high heat, then turn to medium and low heat and steam slowly for about 3 hours. (Remember to check the water level of the bottom pot halfway to prevent the bottom pot from boiling dry)

Just sprinkle a little salt in 10 minutes before serving.
