Marinated Tofu

Prepare the raw materials, northern tofu and old marinade.

Bring the marinade to a boil, simmer for five minutes and turn off the heat for later use.

Cut the northern tofu into large pieces. (I bought 1 catty of tofu and cut into four large pieces)

Put oil in the wok (slightly more than usual for cooking) and put in large pieces of tofu.
5.
Fry the tofu until golden on one side, turn and fry the other side. Until the golden crust is fried on all sides.
6.
The fried tofu is served out and soaked directly in the marinade.
7.
Remove the soaked tofu and slice diagonally.
8.
Serve the chopped brine tofu on a plate.
9.
Just drizzle with a little marinade.
