Marinated Tofu

Cut the water-fat fungus into filaments, the carrots into filaments, and the onion and garlic sprouts into finely chopped pieces for later use.

Beat an egg into a bowl and mix well. Stir the starch in clean water evenly.

Put an appropriate amount of base oil in a hot pan, add chopped green onion and saute.

Add carrot shreds and fungus shreds and continue to stir-fry until the carrots are soft.

Add the condiments soy sauce, oyster sauce, table salt, add two small bowls of water and bring to a boil.

After the water is boiled, add water starch while stirring constantly with a spoon.

Pour in the egg liquid, stir quickly evenly, and turn off the heat.

Finally, add minced garlic seedlings to complete the marinade.

Water tofu bought from the vegetable market.

Just pour the prepared marinade on the water tofu.
