Marinated Tofu Brain

Soak the soybeans overnight and squeeze the juice. The squeezed soy milk is filtered with a fine gauze.

Bring to a boil, skim off the foam when boiling.

Use cold water to mix the internal fat. The proportions are stated on the box. I made three bowls and used one pack (3g) of internal fat. Put the internal fat in the electric cooker, and the electric cooker removed the boiling water to heat the pot.

After boiling the soy milk on high heat, let it cool for about 1 minute, then pour it into the pot with internal fat, stir well with chopsticks, cover the pot, turn the electric stew pot to the heat preservation level, and let it stand for 20 minutes. Tofu brain is just fine.

Tofu skin, gluten, take it, add it to a pot of cold water and cook, add the spicy soup seasoning after boiling (I bought the spicy soup seasoning from Xiaoyao Town).

Add marinade (hu spicy soup) to the tofu brain, and you're done. In fact, it is the two stirs (half tofu nao, half Hu spicy soup) in our breakfast.

You can also have a bowl of original, tender and delicious.
