Marinated Trotters
1.
Wash the trotters with water, soak for a while, bleeding water.
2.
Put cold water into the pot and blanch it.
3.
After blanching, wash away the blood foam again.
4.
The old brine is ready, put it in a pot and boil.
5.
Put the pig's trotters in the blanching water, change the heat to low, simmer for about 40 minutes, turn off the heat, and simmer for one hour.
6.
Remove from the brine pot before eating, and eat after cooling.
Tips:
The pig's feet are so marinated that it can be pierced into the chopsticks. If it is not too soft, it will make the taste too soft and greasy and stew. When eating, it should be cold and fragrant after eating. If it is eaten too hot, its taste is not particularly delicious and it is too greasy. It is best to refrigerate and eat overnight.
