Marshmallow Hot Cocoa

Dark chocolate with cheese grinder, grated into pieces

Pour the milk into the pot and heat it over a medium-to-low heat. Heat until the edges begin to bubble. Pour in the chocolate chips, reduce the heat to a minimum, stir and stir. After a while, the chocolate will melt.

Stir evenly and you can take it out of the pot, pour it into a cup, throw in a few marshmallows and it’s OK
Tips:
1. I use pure dark chocolate. The cooked cocoa is bitter. If you love sweetness, you can use milk chocolate.
2. To boil milk tea and hot chocolate, it must be full-fat to fragrant, but full-fat milk is easy to produce milky skin, you can use low-fat milk if you mind.
