Mash Boiled Eggs

Ingredients: eggs, fermented rice, ginger shreds.

Add half a bowl of water to a casserole and boil.
3.
Add shredded ginger and rock sugar to boil.
4.
Pour the fermented rice and keep it simmered on medium heat.
5.
Heat in another pot, pour some oil, crack the eggs and fry them into shape.
6.
Scoop up the fried eggs, put them in a casserole, cover the pot and boil again
7.
Scoop up and eat.
Tips:
Eggs can also be directly cracked and mixed into the fermented rice. Personal preference is to eat fried eggs. If you like a light taste, you can leave it without rock sugar.
