Clean the potatoes, put them in the Fangtai steaming micro-integrated machine and choose microwave cooking, high heat mode for 8-10 minutes, turn it over halfway through. After taking it out, peel off the skins of the potatoes and let cool for later use.

At the same time, take another pot, boil the water, add the cabbage to the boil, then remove it, no need to boil it.

Pour the meat filling into the onion pot, stir-fry evenly to turn off the heat, the meat filling does not have to be fully cooked.

Press the potatoes into mashed potatoes and pour the onion meat.

Add salt, sugar, chicken essence, black pepper, and stir the filling evenly.

The Fangtai steamer selects the normal steaming mode. When the temperature reaches 100°C, put the bowl into the steaming tray, put it in the lower part of the steamer, and steam for 15 minutes. Add starch to the broth to thicken, boil it in a pot, and pour it on the steamed cabbage rolls.
