Mashed Potatoes in Golden Sauce

Slice potatoes and pumpkin separately and steam them in a steamer.

The potatoes are pressed into a puree.

Add appropriate amount of salt, black pepper, and a little milk into the cooking cup.

Stir well.

Put a layer of plastic wrap in a small bowl to prevent sticking.

Add mashed potatoes and flatten.

Pour into the plate and demould.

Pumpkin is pressed into puree.

Add appropriate amount of milk to make a paste.

Add a little salt and sugar to the pumpkin paste to boil, add a little starch to thicken it.
11.
Drizzle with pumpkin juice.
12.
Finished product. Slightly sweet and salty with a hint of black pepper.
Tips:
I added some milk and stirred the mashed potatoes to make it more delicate. I added salt and sugar to pumpkin puree. I like the slightly sweet and salty taste.
