Mashed Potatoes in Golden Sauce

1. Slice potatoes and pumpkin separately and steam them in a steamer.

2. The potatoes are pressed into a puree.

3. Add appropriate amount of salt, black pepper, and a little milk into the cooking cup.

4. Stir well.

5. Put a layer of plastic wrap in a small bowl to prevent sticking.

6. Add mashed potatoes and flatten.

7. Pour into the plate and demould.

8. Pumpkin is pressed into puree.

9. Add appropriate amount of milk to make a paste.

10. Add a little salt and sugar to the pumpkin paste to boil, add a little starch to thicken it.

11. Drizzle with pumpkin juice.

12. Finished product. Slightly sweet and salty with a hint of black pepper.

Tips:

I added some milk and stirred the mashed potatoes to make it more delicate. I added salt and sugar to pumpkin puree. I like the slightly sweet and salty taste.
