Matcha Biscuits

Melt the butter, add low-gluten flour, sugar, matcha powder, and a little water.

Stir it into a flocculent shape and add baking powder.

And into a smooth dough. Cover with plastic wrap and relax for 20 minutes.

Roll into a 1cm thick dough.

Cut into even squares.

Tips:
1. Don't knead the dough for a long time to prevent the gluten from being too strong, and the dough is smooth.
2. If you like sweetness, you can add a little more sugar.
