Matcha Butterflies

Soften the butter + stir evenly with sugar + stir evenly with eggs + sieve and knead into a dough with low powder (the same procedure for matcha dough)

Brush the egg mixture in the middle of the two kinds of dough to stick, and roll both ends to the middle

Wrap in plastic wrap and freeze for half an hour until hard and easy to cut
