Matcha Cookies

1. Get the materials ready

2. Soften the butter

3. After softening, pour the caster sugar and powdered sugar into the butter

4. Use an electric whisk to make it lighter than the original color, and it has expanded 1 to 2 times (just beat it for 1 to 2 minutes)

5. Pour the egg liquid into the butter mixture twice and stir

6. Beat until the butter mixture and egg mixture are completely mixed

7. Sift in the flour and matcha powder

8. Stir well

9. Put in a piping bag

10. Squeeze onto baking paper

11. After squeezing, place in the oven at 200 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes

12. It's OK after baking!

Tips:

1. After baking, put it in the oven for a few minutes to make it more crispy~
2. Every oven is different, it is best to press the temperature that you often bake, or you can press mine, just watch it by the side in the last few minutes, and don’t burn it anymore
3. Butter cannot be fused, it is softened, and it is softened at room temperature. If you do it directly without softening, it will be difficult to squeeze
