Matcha Cupcakes

Prepare the materials for later use.

Add corn oil and milk to the egg yolk.

Add flour to the egg yolk and mix the matcha powder evenly.

The egg whites are stirred into a stiff foam.

Put the beaten egg whites into the batter three times and stir from the bottom up.

Pour into paper cups one by one, eighth full.
7.
Put it in the oven at 160 degrees and bake for 20 minutes.
