Matcha Frappuccino
1.
Prepare all the ingredients, put the milk in the ice tray one day in advance and freeze it into milk ice cubes
2.
The matcha powder is dissolved in warm water. The temperature of the warm water should not exceed 50 degrees. If the temperature is too high, it will change the color of the matcha. Put the matcha powder in the warm water.
3.
Use a manual whisk to first dissolve the matcha powder and stir evenly so that the finished product will not contain matcha particles
4.
Put the milk ice cubes, the melted matcha liquid, and the condensed milk into the ACA vacuum juicer
5.
Then close the lid
6.
This juicer has the function of vacuuming. In order to prevent the oxidized and discolored beverages, the air in the cup is pumped out before whipping, and the self-equipped electric evacuator can be used to vacuum for 10 seconds.
7.
Then turn on the machine and put it on the cup, whipping for 2 minutes.
8.
The matcha Frappuccino can be poured directly out to drink, it feels a bit smooth
9.
You can also add whipped cream, add whipped cream and fine sugar, and beat the electric whisk at low speed until it has texture, and then squeeze a circle of whipped cream against the inside of the cup wall.
10.
This is matcha frappuccino without whipped cream. I personally think it is delicious and not high in calories.
