Matcha Honey
1.
Mix low-gluten flour and matcha powder evenly and sieve. Make a good cake batter according to the making method of chiffon cake. It should be noted that the egg whites can be beaten to wet foaming. Pour the finished cake batter into an 8-inch baking pan lined with tin foil or grease paper, smooth it out as much as possible, put it in the middle of the oven, and bake at 175 degrees for about 18 minutes. After the cake is out of the oven, tear off the surrounding baking paper and let the cake cool down sufficiently. Use a circular cutting tool with a diameter of 6cm to cut out round cake slices on the cooled cake slices. Whip the whipped cream to the point where you can decorate the flowers. If it is animal whipped cream, you need to add fine sugar or powdered sugar according to your personal taste before whipping. If it is a non-dairy dessert cream, it is sweet in itself, no need to add sugar
2.
Take a slice of cut round cake and use a medium chrysanthemum-shaped flower mouth to squeeze the whipped cream on the surface. Sprinkle some honey red beans on the whipped cream. Then squeeze a layer of light cream. Cover with another round cake slice. Squeeze a circle of light cream on the surface of the cake slice (do not squeeze in the middle). Put honey red beans in the middle and sift some powdered sugar to decorate the surface.
Tips:
1. Matcha powder can be bought in imported supermarkets. Although matcha powder and green tea powder look alike, there is a big difference in the effect of use. Cakes made with green tea powder are dark yellow, while cakes made with matcha powder can only be bright green, so they cannot be replaced at will;
2. Honey red beans can be bought in many supermarkets, and you can use them directly after you buy them and open the bag;
3. In the process of making this cake, you need to use a circular cutting tool. If you don’t have one, you can find a small can and cut it horizontally to replace the cutting die.
